Kate Harvey
I work collaboratively with you to explore what’s holding you back, helping you gain self-knowledge and develop the tools to move forward with confidence.
As an integrative clinical psychotherapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to create a personalised experience that best supports your needs.
My core practice is rooted in humanistic therapy, which fosters personal growth through self-acceptance, enhanced self-esteem, and stronger, more authentic relationships.
I have a particular focus on the impact of trauma—both on the mind and the body. To support healing, I incorporate evidence-based techniques that address the mind-body connection, including polyvagal theory, somatic awareness, mindfulness, breathwork, and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR).
Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space for growth and healing.
